I recently naturally miscarried at 6 weeks.....?

Ive been feeling better as the days go by but reading all these blogs hv me worried....so 2 weeks ago I started spotting then bled heavy n for past 4 days passed large clots n tissue (didnt dissolve in hot water) today I only changed pad few times n not cuz they were soaked cuz there was barely n e blood but b.c ima clean freak.... N e way I dont want to hv a D&C so how can I tell if everything is going okay? If my bleeding stops soon am I in the clear? Im so scared from reading of infections n multiple procedures idk if im going dwn the right path.....i hv no more cramping whatsoever n hvnt passed n e clots allday.....passed about 17 over past 4 days.... All I c now is bright red blood when I wipe....sum1 with sum legit answers help! I kno to go to the dr I need more detailed help than that.... I dont feel as tho n e thing is wrong but I jus wanna kno if other woman hv had a similar experience n how it went. Also if tissue is left behind is it true u will continue to bleed? And r there n e over the counter antibiotics I can take? Thanks
