Can barely open mouth ?

Ok I got 3 wisdom teeth pull on Monday 2 on the right 1 on the left, the swellin now is slowly goin down but it hurt very bad to open my mouth I know it normal but how long will it b like this n do u hv any advice to speed up the healin process, wat kind of food can I eat now , I got thm pull monday
