I m in big trouble may b its my fault but please suggest how can i come out of this mess?

I was on rent but couldnt vacate even after contract was over then there was a court case I spent heavily on lawyers but now i have vacated the house but I have to pay 3 years rent which I am unable to Landlord have frozen my bank accnt through court pl tell me how can i come out of it I hv no money I dont want to face all this court thing pl help
