How do i make best out waste?

take a small frooti bottle remove all the stickers on it. put some stones in it for support.take birthday mask (two eyed) open the mask. and tie it around the bottle as afrock of the doll.take a tea filterer(garni) and insert upside down in the bottle on the round part of the garni stick two round and a moom shaped bindis as eyes on it. u r fairy i ready
